Dead Wife’s Family Needs Money To Bury Her!

As we know actor Michael Jace was charged Thursday with the death of his late wife April. We also know funeral expenses are not cheap. April’s family is also realizing that. The family claims they can not afford her funeral and the future cost of caring for her children.

Whoa! Chris Brown’s Going To Be In Jail Until WHEN?!?!

Wow! While Breezy’s hit, “Loyal” slowly climbs the charts, his court date keeps getting pushed back. The last time we mentioned it, after Brown’s bodyguard was found guilty, his trial for assault in Washington D.C. was delayed until today. Check out when he is set to begin trial after the jump.


The Verdict Is In: Chris Brown’s Bodyguard Found GUILTY Of Assault

Both Chris Brown and his bodyguard are individually standing trial for an alleged assault that occurred in Washington D.C. last fall. Though the judge was expected to hand down the verdict for Chris’ bodyguard on Friday, it was delayed to today, and her final answer is in – he is guilty of misdemeanor assault. Superior Judge Patricia Wynn said the bodyguard (Christoper Hollosy) was NOT justified in hitting the victim, Parker Adams, since there was no evidence he was a threat to Chris Brown. Chris’ trial was set to begin later today, but the judge has now delayed it to Wednesday. I know this poor guy just wants to get it over with! Chris has continued to maintain his innocence in the matter, stating that it was only his bodyguard that touched the victim, and it was for a valid reason: he was attempting to get on Breezy’s tour bus. Naturally, the victim says that’s not the case, and all he wanted was a picture with Breezy. He says it all went downhill from there, with both Breezy and his bodyguard roughing him up. Is he telling the truth or just out for a big payday? Time will soon tell. I can say, though – it’s not looking too good. The judge allegedly said she believes the testimony of a limousine driver who said Brown hit the victim before his bodyguard did. Some may not agree with him, but I completely understand where he’s coming from — guilty or not.  Perception is reality.  While already awaiting a murder trial, Javaris was arrested for drugs in January.  Well now for his court date, he’s begging a judge not to force him to wear his jail uniform in court … so he won’t look guilty.
