The recruits must endure extreme training methods if they look to become the first female bodyguards in China. Recruits must withstand glass bottles being smashed over their heads, and lashes from wooden poles to their shins.

The program lasts 4-weeks, and is run by trainers from Tianjiao Special Guard Consultant Ltd.

While the recruits face the arduous 4-week program, they must also go through 10-months of anti-terrorism, martial arts, reconnaissance, and business etiquette training.

The demand for female bodyguards in China has risen in recent months. With the growth of business in China, the need for bodyguard services is more prevalent. Female bodyguards are in high demand because they are less noticeable than males.
