Now that gas prices are starting to decrease, there is still no reason for the rush to be this real. Surveillance cameras at a Tennessee gas station catch intense footage of a car plowing into a pump causing a movie-like explosion. Surprisingly, the driver was able to walk away unharmed. Unfortunately, a bystander caught wind of the flames … literally!

Chris Porter, of Clarksville, Tennessee had just enjoyed pancakes with a friend before heading to the Exxon station where the blast occurred. To his surprise, he noticed a 2008 Lincoln MKZ charging past oncoming traffic heading in his direction. To avoid being hit by the car, he uses the gas pump as a barrier. What he didn’t expect was for the explosion to catch on to him, setting him on fire. Luckily, he had enough sense to stop, drop, and roll — ridding himself of the flames. Check out the video below…

Fortunately for Porter, the automatic gas-shut-off kicked in, helping to get the flames under control.
