According to the New York Post, Superstar couple Beyonce and Jay Z have expressed interest in buying Michael Jackson’s 2,700 acre Neverland Ranch located in Southern California. They recently went on an exclusive tour of the Ranch, but Jay Z said he was not interested in buying the land. The land is managed by Thomas Barrack, Jr. who gave the couple the tour himself, which means something serious according to the Jackson family. The Jackson family is convinced that Beyonce and Jay Z want to buy the land and they are completely against selling the land to members outside of the Jackson family. But since MJ defaulted on the payments in 2008, the family does not have much say in who can buy the land.
