As you may know the Instagram app is available for most except for Windows Phone 8. Chris Weber, Nokia executive VP, claims that Insta may finally be making it’s debut to Microsoft mobile platforms although he wasn’t specific as to when it would actually happen.

Instagram isn’t the only major app missing from Windows Phone, Vine, Pinterest, Google Maps, Flipboard, and Youtube have yet to be added. Microsoft has been aggressively throwing offers at developers to bring their apps to the Windows Phone. I mean realistically these are top apps that most people engage in on a daily basis so Microsoft is definitely making it their business to make it happen. It is only a matter of time, or money, before these apps jump on the Microsoft bandwagon.
