Looks like “ratchet” isn’t only found in America, but even South Africa. Restaurant surveillance footage captures the moment that a young girl is coached by her mother to steal. Check out the video after the jump.
Seems like the young girl was born into a life of crime. The way that the family got away with the theft alerts us that they were professionals. The mother-daughter duo wasn’t even alone. They had multiple lookouts within the restaurant.
