It looks like a man, possibly ‘the husband’ walks in and shoots the woman, ‘the wife’, while she is sitting at a table with a man, ‘the other man’.

Depending on what country this is, it’s a shame the ‘husband’ would essentially destroy his life by end his ‘cheating wife’s’ life, just leave her.
