Seems like Kim Kardashian wasn’t expecting the attention when she made a controversial comment during a Baby R Us and Operation Shower event she was hosting with her sisters this week.

As reported yesterday, the reality star was approached to give fashion advice to pregnant women by Elle Magazine.

Kim proceeded to respond by saying,

“I recommend hiding for a good year and having no pregnancy style. That’s what I recommend. If you can do it, hide. Never leave the house.”

Well the comment definitly didn’t sit well with a lot of people as she didn’t receive positive media coverage on the event and comment at all.

Taking matter into her own hands, Kanye’s wife took it to her twitter account to set people straight about the nature of the comment.

Kim tweeted,

“I really should start video taping the interviews I do & post on my website so u can see the laughs & how it’s really said”

This comes after even though Khloe urged her sister to give a different answer during the event.

Guessing, the coverage the comment was receiving wasn’t sitting well with the Kardashian as she tried to justify that comment was coming from a place of sarcasm on twitter.
