The box office hit ‘Straight Outta Compton’ raked in TONS of cash this past summer. Now it’s being sued for all of it. More on the story after the jump.

NWA’s manager among many others, Jerry Heller, is suing nearly everyone involved with ‘Straight Outta Compton’ and it’s success. Heller is alleging the biopic defamed him by his character in the film being dubbed as “the bad guy” and “a sleazy manager who took advantage of Eazy-E, Dr. Dre and Ice Cube.”

Heller is seeking $110 Million for the claimed false and damaging portrayal of him throughout the movie. He is also claiming the movie is filled with lies about him which include: withholding a $75k check from Ice Cube, fraudulently inducing Dre and Cube to sign unfavorable contracts, enjoying lobster brunches while the contracts were being signed, and to add insult to injury…being fired by Eazy-E. Yikess.

Heller is claiming as well that he never gave anyone permission to portray him throughout the film and wants the movies profits as well because NBC sold tickets without his consent. In addition, also stating producers used his book without his permission to display important parts through the story, exemplifying the scene where Suge Knight strong-armed Eazy-E into signing away his rights to Death Row Records.

To break it down, Heller wants $35 Million in compensatory damages, $75 mil in punitive damages, and all the profits made from the hit movie. TMZ shares the video of Heller speaking on the situation:
