You know ISIS is bad when leaders of the Taliban (known oppressors and murderers of the Hazara people) are saying:

“We would never take part in any incident that divides the Afghan people”.

The Hazara people are the third-largest minority group in Afghanistan and has always been discriminated against, especially in the Taliban rule. They have recently, however, protested oppressive acts like the beheading of their people and, just recently, the fact that a 500 kV power line that does not reach to two major Hazaran neighborhoods.

Isis, apparently didn’t like that. Two Isis suicide bombers wearing explosive ensured the deaths of 61 and wounded about 203 people.

All this violence just to get electricity, smh.
