A tweet went out on January 9th at 2:23 AM saying that Kanye West will be releasing a song with Drake and The Weeknd. Instantaneously, the internet went into a frenzy after seeing what seemed to be conformation from Yeezy about this new song and super dope collaboration. The tweet read, “I’m about to bless everyone with some fire from me, Drake and The Weeknd.” Here’s the kicker though– the tweet came from a PARODY account called “@Kanyewset.” It’s funny because majority of the Tweeters paid no attention to the fact that it wasn’t even Kanye’s actual Twitter account. I’m pretty sure this “song” everyone is waiting for might actually start trending. On that note, if you are waiting in anticipation for this track to drop with Kanye x The Weekend x Drizzy, do NOT hold your breathe (because you will die from lack of oxygen.) As dope as that would be, I don’t see it happening any time soon.

Flacko Jodye season has officially begun. On his birthday in October, A$AP Rocky teased his “comeback” and the journey to his long-awaited sophomore album with the release of “Multiply,” but just like the rest of 2014 before it, he went ghost once again shortly after. Now with the NYE release of “Pretty Flacko 2,” however, the Harlem rapper is ready for his REAL return, and he hasn’t stopped since! It’s been less than a week since Flacko released the song, but he’s already written on Twitter and posted on Instagram more than he did in damn near all of 2014! Taking to Twitter on Saturday, Rocky told fans he thinks “I feel like tweeting for the rest of 2015,” and has since been engaging in tons of convo – even revealing that after this album drops, he’ll be releasing the instrumental album he’s promised since 2013, Beauty and the Beast: SDSCh1. (He’s previously released 2 tracks from the project – “Riot Rave” with Baauer and “Unicorn,” which he produced solo.) Oh, and he revealed he’s producing a majority of the tracks on his new album himself too! Actress Tamera Mowry took to her Twitter account over the weekend to announce her second baby with husband Adam Housley. As soon as she shared the Twitpic with her Clearblue pregnancy test showing that it came back positive, model Chrissy Teigen chimed in and threw some serious shade in Tamera’s direction. Tamera tweeted, “#ClearblueConfirmed with Baby #2!! Love @Clearblue’s pregnancy test that counted down with me until the result! #spon.” Shortly after, Chrissy posted on her account, “How much money does clearblue pay celebs to instagram their piss sticks this seems lucrative.” In .5 seconds, Twitter caught onto the shots being fired and started coming for John Legend’s girlfriend’s life. She quickly denied the fact that she was throwing shade but we all know better than to believe her. Drake signed iLoveMakonnen to his OVO Sound imprint back in September, following the success of his breakout hit “Tuesday,” (which Drizzy helped fuel by hopping on for the remix.) Now that Makonnen has a name for himself, a record deal and even a Grammy nod for the song, a few things from the past are coming to light…like his disdain for the very man who has helped to make him who he is today! If you’ll recall, a bunch of rappers’ old before-the-fame tweets were exposed a while back, and in the latest batch, iLoveMakonnen becomes the newest victim. His earlier tweets from 2010/2011 are coming at Drizzy’s softness, but thankfully, he eventually cleaned it up in more recent years, explaining that he likes Drizzy, just not the die-hard fans that over-hype him and are ready to kill for him.
