Meek Mill Calls Out Kendrick Lamar Before They Share The Same Stage This Weekend
Meek Mill and Kendrick Lamar have been at “odds” since August, when Kendrick name-dropped Meek and some of his rap peers in “Control.” Meek responded on wax a couple of weeks later, which resulted in Kendrick calling Meek out, live and direct on stage in the city he claimed the throne to, NYC. Meek, who was in the same town, replied on Twitter, but thankfully nothing more escalated from this. Today, however, Meek began gearing up for Friday night, when both rappers will share the stage at Philadelphia radio station Power 99’s annual concert, Powerhouse. Here we go again! Joe Budden and ex-girlfriend Tahiry Jose gave their relationship another shot earlier this year after nearly 4 years apart, but the happy reunion was short-lived, after Tahiry allegedly found Joe cheating. After a few tweets about being hurt and firing a couple of shots, Tahiry seemed to really close the door on the situation this time, and happily kept it moving on her own. Since then, Joe was spotted with a couple of women, from a new video vixen to his other ex Kaylin Garcia, but it seems his heart is truly set on Tahiry. The pair ran into each other last month at a fashion show while filming for the new season of Love & Hip-Hop, resulting in the above photo on the red carpet, which is now Joe’s avi on Twitter. Since last night, the rapper/reality star has been sending out a barrage of tweets about missing his “everything,” and even vowed to get her back upon his return from vacation. I know one thing’s for sure…this isn’t for television. This is the real deal, and I know a bit more, but I won’t let the cat out of the bag, though. Y’all will just have to wait and see!

Last night, TLC was on everyone’s minds as VH1 debuted their biopic, CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story. Having been influenced by them as a teen, singer Keri Hilson dug in her crates for her T-Boz wig, and posted a photo on Instagram, paying homage to her and thanking her for making it cool to be a tomboy in the 90’s. A fan RT’d Keri’s post with an unimpressed Emoji icon, which T-Boz then RT’d, appearing as if she co-signed the unimpressed feeling. However, I did a little digging…and I see that T-Boz tweets from Android. Meaning, she doesn’t even see the Emojis, so she likely had no idea what the face was that she RT’d. LOL! Could Lil Wayne Really Be Retiring Soon?
Is retirement in Lil Wayne’s near future? Quite possibly! For some time, and most recently during his sit-down on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Weezy has said that Tha Carter V would be his last album before retiring. However, he’s also said that before then, he’d be releasing an album with Birdman and other projects with his crew. It looks like that may have changed, though. Over the weekend, Cash Money’s Senior VP Mel Smith sent out a tweet (in the gallery) promising new music from C5 would be released soon. If Wayne sticks to his plan, this could definitely mean retirement is coming much sooner than later! What will the game be without Lil Tunechi?!
