The Rock Promises Jumanji Reboot Will Honor Robin Williams Properly

As previously reported, The Rock has signed on to be a part of the reboot of the 1995 Robin Williams box office smash, Jumanji. It’s left many fans of the original film apprehensive, however, as reboots can certainly go left, and with Williams no longer with us, he’s not here to have any input. The Rock promises to do it right, though. “An important thing that I want to be honest and bring up is Robin Williams,” he wrote on Twitter. “The love and respect I have for this man is boundless. You have my word, we will honor his name and the character of ’Alan Parrish’ will stand alone and be forever immortalized in the world of JUMANJI in an earnest and cool way. I have an idea of what to do and I think his family will be proud.” He also revealed some new details about the movie.

(Photos) A$AP Rocky Throws It Back To The 90s With GUESS Collab

A$AP Rocky has always done things outside of the box, and his new collaboration with GUESS is no different. Inspired by the 90s, specifically the classic film Menace II Society, Rocky’s capsule collection is full of nostalgia. “I was watching Menace II Society, man,” Rocky told Complex. “I started thinking about rappers like Nas – ‘when I dress, it’s never nothing less than GUESS’ – you know what I mean? Thinking about how hustlers with pagers on the corner would have Guess jeans on, the sweaters with the dookie rope gold chain. I just thought about my nostalgic childhood, with hip-hop and growing up in Harlem and the Bronx, and remembering Guess played a big part in that. But kids these days have no knowledge of that. I just felt like it was necessary to tell them that Guess was actually lit back in the day.” The collection hits Guess.com and select retailers starting February 15. You’ll NEVER Guess Which 90s Pop Singer Tupac Reportedly Tried To Holla At!

We all know about Pac and Madonna already, so no – this is not about her! This is about Jewel, the popular 90s singer who gave us hits like “Who Will Save Your Soul” and “Foolish Games.” It’s quite the unlikely pairing, and though it didn’t happen, it almost did – according to a new interview. While appearing on Access Hollywood to promote her new book Never Broken – Songs Are Only Half The Story, Jewel reminisced on some stories from her past that are in the memoir, and one includes a weekend almost spend with Tupac in Vegas…yes, THAT fateful weekend.

Kel Mitchell Raps ‘Kenan & Kel’ Song Perfectly; Reveals More In The Works With Kenan

The month just keeps getting better and better for 90s kids! Following Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell’s long-awaited reunion on Fallon last week, Kel has revealed that that was just the tip of the iceberg! “From this, working together and talking about it and seeing reaction from the fans and how they were screaming, and seeing that the magic is still there, we’re just like, ‘Yeah, we gotta do some more stuff,’” Kel told the Huffington Post. “So you’ll definitely see some more stuff. You’ll definitely see something coming up.” It has been nearly 15 years since Kenan and Kel last worked together, and different career paths and rumors of a rift between the pair had fans writing off any chance of a reunion, but with 90s nostalgia being all the rage right now, it was only right! As we impatiently wait for more from our favorite Nickelodeon duo, take a walk down memory lane as Kel perfectly spits the Kenan & Kel theme song in a recent interview below. You’re welcome.
