Ja Rule & 50 Cent On The Same Flight – With NO PROBLEMS!

50 Cent and Ja Rule in the same place at the same time – what to expect? Most would expect the two New York rappers to be off of that ol’ school beef, but…NAH! On the same flight, and in the same row, these two didn’t fall upon any troubles. Back in September, Ja admits to Hip-Hop DX, “It was a lot going on in that time frame…There was a lot of things that were falling apart for us. It was easy for him to get people to turn on. And there was things that were behind the scenes that y’all don’t see that also made us seem more irrelevant.” After getting out of the pen, Ja is ready to let bygones be bygones with 50. He even has something to say to the people that insisted the beef continue. Hit the jump to see what it was all about.

(Video) Taxstone & PUSH! Speak On Trinidad James’ NY Comments

Trinidad James recently ruffled tons of feathers when he said at a New York concert that southern rap is running NY. Brooklyn-born Maino stepped up to respond via Twitter shortly after the incident, followed by Troy Ave, and now two more New York rappers are weighing in. Find out what Taxstone and PUSH! have to say about it below.

NBA: Uh-Oh, Beef?! Brandon Jennings Isn’t a Fan of JR Smith’s Brother In the League & JR Responds!

There’s been a lot of negative talk about Chris Smith — JR Smith’s brother lately & it continued last night on Twitter.  If you ask Brandon Jennings, this isn’t beef — but JR Smith wasn’t very happy to hear about Brandon Jennings’ questioning his brothers skills in the NBA. JR took to Twitter to respond to Brandon’s comments.  Check it out…

(Video) Video Footage Of Trinidad James’ Rant Against NY Surfaces

As you’ve heard by now, Trinidad James performed last night as part of Converse’s Rubber Tracks event, and ended up giving the New York crowd a mouthful about how the South is running things, and they’re basically…not. When we reported the story last night, we had to go off of word of mouth via Twitter, but now we have the footage of what exactly was said. Check it out below and share your thoughts in the comments !

(Photos) Uh-Oh…Jeezy’s Not Too Happy With Def Jam! And It Looks Like Another Big Exec Wants To Scoop Him!

Apparently Atlanta rappers are just angry tonight! All I want to do is sleep, but people keep going on rants, and I have to keep reporting them! While Trinidad James was having a mini-meltdown on stage in NYC, Jeezy was venting on Twitter, going in on his label, Def Jam Records, and seemingly being courted by a top exec at another major label. Def Jam has yet to address his concerns, but that’s not going to keep Tha Snowman from speaking on what’s on his mind. Who knows what exactly is going on behind the scenes, but hopefully whatever it is gets fixed so that the fans can get a new album. Check out what Jizzle had to say in the gallery.

SMH: Trinidad James Goes In On NYC Rap While In NY, Then Releases Statement On Twitter

Trinidad James was tapped as the performer for Converse’s Rubber Tracks event tonight in NYC. The Atlanta rapper has always been vocal about his love for kicks and his disdain for “hypebeasts” (Yeah, he know about ya…don’t buy shoes unless they popular!), and mid-performance, began what people are calling a “meltdown” by explaining how kicks are everything he lives for. He then went on to say that ATL is basically running New York. “I’m not trying to starting nothing,” he began. “But we run y’all.” Um, not the greatest thing to say on stage in the city that you’re dissing. Naturally, people are up in arms. Now on one hand, though I don’t want to admit it, the “All Gold Everything” rapper has a point. Atlanta artists do dominate radio, even in our region, and that’s undeniable. However, who the F#CK is Trinidad one-hit-wonder James to have any say? You have one hot song, fam. He knows he’s about to GET IT too, as he quickly took to Twitter following the show to issue a sort of buffer. Check out what he had to say in the gallery. Video footage coming soon from his rant!
