After simply announcing back in March that ‘Houston Appreciation Weekend’ would be coming soon, Drake has slowly but surely revealed more details about the event…though we still don’t know all that much. A month after the original announcement, Drizzy revealed that it’d be going down June 13th to 15th, and now a month after THAT announcement, we have a little more information. Taking to Twitter last night with the news, Drake announced that he will kick off the 3-day event with a performance at Warehouse Live. Check out the tweet in the gallery. Love & Hip-Hop L.A: Looks Like Ray J Is Out, Could The Game Be In? Plus More Details!
A few months back, Love & Hip-Hop creator Mona Scott-Young revealed that her popular reality series would be spinning off once again, choosing Los Angeles as the location when presented with 3 options: there, Houston or New Orleans. Early reports suggested some major names were in talks to be a part of the cast, including Karrueche Tran, Tyga and Blac Chyna, Lola Monroe and Ray J, though Karrueche has since shot down the rumors. As we head into 2014 (and production is likely gearing up to begin), more details have been revealed, and it seems that Ray J’s “maybe” has turned into a definitive no. Previously a VH1 family member as the star of his own reality dating show, “For The Love of Ray J,” Ray went on to the Oxygen channel as host of their “Bad Girls Club All-Stars” show, and the contract will not allow for him to flip-flop between networks. However, it seems like an even bigger star is ready to step up: The Game! Having just wrapped two seasons of his show “Marrying The Game,” the newly single rapper (more on that here) just met with Mona and her team, posting the photo to Instagram with the hashtag #LHHLA and warning people that they should be nervous. That should be interesting! There are a few castmates definitely confirmed for now, however: singer Brooke Valentine (jeez…remember that 2005 song “Girlfight”?!,) radio DJ Yesi Ortiz, rapper Hazel-E, and video vixen Bria Myles.

This photo has been circulating the Internet for about a month now, however no additional details of it’s participants (willing and unwilling) origin. A woman holding a toddler in her left arm, aims a gun – with the other hand, of course – in the center of the toddler’s head. The little girl shouldn’t be older than 2-3 years old. Meanwhile, the grown and highly capable of understanding right from wrong lady, has a smirk on her face. Some people can be such GENIUSES!
