California, Nebraska, and Oklahoma have just now voted in favor of the death penalty. At one point in California, a federal judge ruled the death penalty was unconstitutional and voted against banning the death penalty by an eight point margin. The state has now voted in favor of speeding up death row cases, with 50.9 percent voting in favor. Cali is the largest population on death row of any state with about 750 people. They have not executed anyone since 2006
(Caught On Tape) Mexican Hitman Brutally Murders Cashier Inside Crowded Supermarket
A hitman was caught on tape executing a female cashier in front of dozens of witnesses at a popular local Superama supermarket in Mexico. The killer (wearing all black) is spotted rushing up to the victim whose being identified as 29-year-old “Rebecca N,” shooting her dead in the abdomen, and walking away all in a matter of a few seconds. According to police officials, the victim’s husband was also shot dead just three months ago in the town of Jiutepec. Take a look at the gruesome video below. Viewers discretion is advised.

The North Korean leader, Kim Jong Un, orchestrated the brutal murder of his uncle, Jang Song Thaek. Kim executed his former second in command, by stripping him down and throwing him into a cage with 120 starving dogs. Jang and 5 of his aides were eaten alive by a pack of dogs that were starved for five days. Kim and at least 300 officials, including his brother, watched the gruesome ordeal for an hour. No games played in China at all. It seems that unlike our ‘lethal injection’ method in the U.S. when it comes to the death penalty, China just uses a gun. In the footage, Chinese authorities remove a man from the back of a police van in front of a rather large crowd. Once he’s removed, they walk him past some tree –into an open lot, still visible by the crowd. In fact, during the walk and just before it came to an end for the man killed, police turned him around to acknowledge the crowd. After making the man kneel to the ground, they shoot him point blank with one shot to the head. Check out the actual video after the jump. Beware, It’s pretty graphic.

Florida Executes Former Police Officer, Marine
Manuel Pardo a former Florida Police Officer was executed at Florida State Prison in Starke. Pardo lost his job as an officer in 1985 when he falsely testified about police corruption in the Bahamas. The loss of his job turned him into a desperate man, a man capable of great danger. Mr. Pardo was convicted of 9 counts of first degree murder and sentenced to death in 1988. Hit the jump for more.
