NBA: LeBron James Discusses the Warriors Possibly Breaking 96′ Bulls Record

LeBron James used to dominate the league with him leading his teams to 60+ wins.  Now Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors have taken over and on Wednesday night, they have a chance to make history.  If they beat the Memphis Grizzlies, the Warriors will finish with a 73-9 record, beating the 96′ Chicago Bulls 72-10 record.  So how does LeBron feel about that?  More positive than you would think.

The Golden State Warriors joined an illustrious club on Sunday night when they got a 92-86 win over the San Antonio Spurs.  Not only did they end the Spurs home winning streak at 39 games, they also joined the 96′ Chicago Bulls as the only teams to win 72 games in one season.  The Warriors have a chance to break that record and got encouragement to do so by a shocking former player, the GOAT himself, Michael Jordan.


NBA: Draymond Green: Warriors are Bored With the Regular Season

The Golden State Warriors are still on a quest to beat the 96′ Chicago Bulls record of 72-10.  They hit some bumps in the final stretch however, losing to the Boston Celtics and Minnesota Timberwolves..  According to Draymond Green, the Dubs are eager for the season to be over with.

The Golden State Warriors suffered a shocking 112-95 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday night.  Stephen Curry finished with 18 points on 6/20 shooting from the field including 1/10 from the three-point line.  Of course the normal social media jokes ensued but Ayesha Curry set Twitter ablaze when she tweeted the Warriors record, “55-6 though” followed by smiley emojis.  I think her mentions are still on fire.


NBA: Spurs Coach Gregg Popovich Says He Gets ‘Very Envious’ Watching Warriors & They’re ‘Unsolvable’

It takes a lot to impress San Antonio Spurs coach Gregg Popovich who is considered the best coach in the league and one of the greatest of all time.  The Spurs have had one of the longest runs in terms of success but the Golden State Warriors have become the monsters of not only the Western Conference, but the entire league.  They entered the All-Star break with the best record in NBA history after 52 games at 48-4 and have the chance to break the 96′ Chicago Bulls record of 72-10.  Popovich discussed watching the awe inspiring team.

Drake says he learned an important lesson last week when he was booed by Golden State Warriors fans, never sit next to a fan with an opposing teams hat on. The same fans cheered loudly when Jay Z was announced as being in the building for the Warriors vs Spurs game a few weeks back. Drake couldn’t figure out at first why he was getting dissed by the crowd but it eventually hit him. Not to worry Golden State fans, he didn’t take it personal. He also speaks with the lovely Rosalyn Gold-Onwude on the inspiration behind his lyrics where he mentions the Warriors running practice at his house.
