(Video) Caught On Tape: Skrillex Stage Dives On Fan & She Has A Stroke! …Now She’s Suing!

Exaggeration, much? EDM genius, Skrillex, might wanna cut stage diving out of his shows cause a fan us suing the DJ for jumping on top of her from a stage in 2012 … and giving her a stroke. Jennifer Fraissl is suing Skrillex, saying he took a flying leap from his DJ table during a performance and landed on her at The Belasco in Downtown L.A. in February 2012. Fraissl says she was standing near the front when Skrillex pushed himself onto the crowd making it impossible for her to leave or even save herself and that’s when Skrillex jumped from his table several feet above the stage. Fraissl says she :suffered several injuries when the DJ landed on her, and later suffered a stroke as a result of the trauma.” She’s now suing Skrillex as well as the nightclub — claiming Belasco failed to prevent Skrillex from acting so recklessly. But doesn’t she know that Skrillex ALWAYS does that during his shows? She’s asking for medical expenses, loss of income, and more. Skrillex or his camp have no comment. See the footage from the 2012 show below!

MLB: A-Rod Drops Lawsuit Against MLB, May Accept Suspension

Earlier today, Alex Rodriguez decided to drop his lawsuits against commissioner Bud Selig and Major League Baseball. This could be the first sign that A-Rod knows his chances of winning are slim and may accept his suspension for the 2014 season. He was suspended for 211 games last August but appealed it and was able to play while the appeal was going on. Last month his suspension was reduced to 162 games which would equal the regular season of 2014. He filed his lawsuits shortly after that but either due to a change of heart or some advice, he decided to drop those today. This does not mean he is still not fighting the actual suspension, because he is. However the verdict on that should be complete before the season starts and his chances of winning are slim to none.

Justin Bieber Settles Lawsuit With Former Bodyguard

At least that’s one thing off Justin Bieber’s ever-mounting plate of problems. The troubled singer has settled a lawsuit with his former bodyguard, who accused JB of assault and battery, claiming he “berated and punched” him in the chest multiple times after a 2012 concert because he didn’t like the way he’d handled one of his boys. Moshe Benabou, who is an ex-Israeli soldier also sued for more than $420,000 in unpaid overtime. No word on what Justin paid up, but the suit is settled and out of the way. (Sidenote though – Is it just me, or is kind of ridiculous that a former solider sued little itty bitty Justin Bieber for assault and battery? LOL!)

Kanye West Wins Big Against 70’s Singer

Back in March 2012, Robert Poindexter of the 70′s band The Persuaders sued Kanye West for illegally sampling his 1972 hit “Trying Girls Out” in Jay Z’s “Girls Girls Girls,” which Kanye produced. After 20 months of failing to serve the always-on-the-go Kanye, the case has been “dismissed without prejudice for failure to prosecute.” That’s a $500k value for Kanye! Poindexter apparently even used U.S. Marshals and private service companies to try to help serve Kanye, but no dice. Maybe he shouldn’t have waited over a decade since the song came out? I’m just saying.
