Eminem’s song publisher is suing Facebook and its ad agency, claiming the companies used his song with out permission. Eight Mile Style filed the lawsuit on Monday in Detroit that said Facebook used his “Under the Influence” in an ad that was released online on April 4. The ad was 30 seconds long and was featured at the Facebook Home event where the CEO of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg announced its new Android phone. Check out the videos below, is it the same song?
