DJ Pauly D has been battling his daughter’s mother for the last couple of months, and he only just met 5-month-old Amabella a couple of weeks ago because of the drama. It seemed like, at that point, everything would then be smooth sailing, but the “Jersey Shore” star has hit yet another snag in the road. Because Amabella’s mother is putting up a fight (for seemingly no reason other than making headlines and squeezing money out of him,) Pauly is forced to go back to court first to set up a regular visitation schedule. Unfortunately, this means he may not see his daughter again until around Christmas. “We’re working on that now. I really want to see Amabella in time for the holidays,” Pauly said. “I’d love to get her either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. I want to see her as much as possible, but it’s a process.” Pauly is currently seeking full custody.

Siohvaughn Funches-Wade has been through a lengthy, stressful back and forth court battle with her ex husband Dwyane Wade. It appears it is taking a serious toll on her. According to people close to her, ever since Wade was awarded full custody of the 2 sons the former couple had together, she has been extremely depressed. That is sad because regardless of what they were going through, she is still a mother. D-Wade pays her $25,000 a month in support and recently paid her a lump sum of $1 million dollars to finalize their divorce. I obviously do not personally know her, so I have no knowledge of what her intent was when she sat down in front of a building in Chicago with her handwritten signs, but from the looks of things she is not doing too well, not financially, but mentally. M.I.A. Is Being Blocked From Taking Her Son Home To England…But She’s Fighting It!
M.I.A.’s child’s father Ben Bronfman filed a restraining order in March to prevent the singer from bringing their son to her native England, but M.I.A. is challenging the order now, saying New York courts have committed a human rights violation, and it amounts to international child abduction. She’s filed legal docs in New York federal court, citing The Hague Convention as proof the NY state judge had no authority to block her move to England. However, Ben has filed legal docs of his own, saying it’d be a “travesty” to move his child so far. Wonder who will prevail!
What A Mess! Modern Family Star’s Mom Was Trying To Shop Nude Pics For Custody?!
The custody battle for Modern Family star Ariel Winter just got a whole lot uglier than it already was. In October, 14-year-old Ariel became estranged from her mother after claims of physical and mental abuse, and went to live with her old sister, who’d been estranged from their mom for many years. Since then, the mother has been arguing that Ariel’s older sister is not a good fit for her, and that Ariel’s only making these claims because the mom wouldn’t let her date and fool around with an 18-year-old guy.
