50 Cent and headphone company Sleek were both involved a lawsuit earlier this year. In the case, 50 claimed that Sleek owed him $260,000, but the company denied it. Once the denial was formalized, the two parties went to arbitration, however, the arbitrator sided with Sleek. Despite the decision, 50 plans to take the case to federal court for an appeal and is also crying foul. Hit the jump for more info.

Claiming that Texas Police savagely beat him, 34-year-old Reginald Deon Davis has filed a federal lawsuit. In the court statement, Davis stated that he was in Galveston, Texas –the place where the incident occurred– to attend a friend’s birthday party. After attending, he went to Denny’s and, too tired to make it home, decided to park his car on a beach and sleep. Despite his doing so, it was illegal to camp on the beach without a permit –which was found out by the abusive cops that pulled him from his car to arrest him. Frank Ocean’s Cousin Sues Chris Brown For Studio Fight
Earlier this year, Chris Brown and Frank Ocean got into a huge altercation in the studio, and months later, the issue is still ongoing. Frank’s cousin Sha’Keir Duarte has brought suit against Breezy, claiming he was injured by his bodyguard, and the attack was egged on by Chris himself. Sha’Keir says the bodyguard (Hood, is his name) punched and kicked him, including at least twelve kicks to the body and several to the head, while he lay on the ground. Duarte says he was permanently disabled following the attack, and now he’s suing for unspecified damages.

Paula Deen lost a helluva lot of money this year…and a judge has officially ruled that it was all for no reason! The judge said Lisa Jackson had no right to claim racial discrimination because she’s white as well, and the fact that Lisa tried to say someone in her family was bi-racial would make her an “accidental victim” at best.
