Nelson Mandela Hospitalized Again!?!?!
Nelson Mandela,the 94 year old former South African President has been hospitalized again for a routine check up and doctors say there is no need for alarm. Mandela has now been hospitalized several times for minor reasons I hope all is well in the Mandela family. In January Mandela completed rehabilitation for gallstone surgery and lung infection and was gradually returning to a regular routine, we hope this stint in the hospital doesn’t disrupt anything. Mandela has not made a public appearance since 2010 and was receiving treatment in his home in Houghton a suburb of Johannesburg as reported by CNN.

A taxi driver in South Africa was arrested on supposed abuse charges after police said the driver tried to steal a policeman’s gun and resisted arrest. The South African police then attached the man to their police truck and dragged him until he died. Now new footage goes against what the police officers are saying happened as it becomes increasingly clear from bystander accounts that he did nothing wrong. Poor guy. Sports:(Update) Oscar Pistorius Granted Bail In Murder Case
This is another crazy sports story going on. Oscar Pistorius, aka Blade Runner, was granted bail early this morning in South Africa in his murder case. He has been charged with pre-meditated murder in the shooting death of his girlfriend in his home. He has claimed he thought he was shooting at an intruder, but evidence kind of points to something else. However, he was able to make a good enough case to at least be granted bail. The judge in the case set bail at 1 million rand ( which is about $113,000 in U.S. currency), and he only had to come up with $11,300 in cash, and provide proof the rest is available. He had to turn in his passports and he can not go anywhere without permission of the probation officer. This is just the beginning of this story which will lasts as long as the case does.
