Despite his reoccurring legal issues and putting out one album in the past seven years, DMX is still finding high-profile work. DMX landed a movie role in who’s movie??
DMX will be featuring in a new Chris Rock movie, which is untitled at the moment. The rapper/actor will be playing himself in a comedic jail scene.
DMX’s camp released a statement saying, “The scene is comedic which allowed X to show off his versatility as an actor. X and Rock played well off each other and Rock’s character even gets DMX to lead the inmates in a song. There are more acting roles to come and DMX is also planning on attending the Sundance Film Festival in January.”
Chris Rock is hilarious, and DMX is actually a good actor. I’m interested to see this movie whenever it comes out.
