Bill Cosby is now facing another deposition after his appeal to a California court was denied. Cosby will be required to go under oath and be questioned about sexual assault allegations brought up against him from a 1974 incident. Judy Huth who was 15 years-old at the time for the assault is now suing Cosby in California. Read more below.

Crazy world we live in. A California priest has just been sentenced to 8 years in prison for “actions of a weak and sinful man.” 33-year-old Father Uriel Ojeda was convicted for molesting a teenage girl multiple times.
Kevin Clash Wins Big In Child Molestation Lawsuits!
Kevin Clash has had quite a rough time for the past 8 or 9 months, when the former voice of Elmo was hit with back-to-back-to-back lawsuits from various men, claiming he’d had sex with them when they were under age. However, he had a huge victory in court today, when the judge ruled that three of his accusers (Cecil Singleton, Kevin Kiadii and a 3rd unnamed one) had waited too long to file their lawsuits. I’m not sure how many more are pending, but I’m assuming they’ll all find the same fate.

Wow, can they not let this man rest in peace? And granted, we don’t know WHAT really happened so I don’t want to take anything away from the victims if God forbid something did, but really? You wait until the man has been gone for almost 4 years, and THEN file a lawsuit? He can’t even defend himself! Famed choreographer Wade Robson (teeny boppers, you probably remember him from his work with Britney and N*Sync, like I do…) has come forward asking for money from the Michael Jackson Estate for childhood sexual abuse…despite the fact he testified in Michael’s 2005 trial and said NOTHING ever happened. However, in the same trial, Michael’s former housekeeper Blanca Francia testified she witnessed MJ in the shower with Wade when he was 8 or 9 years old. But still, why would you wait until now? Seems like pure greed if you ask me!
